Chikki

Ingredients

  • 2 cup jaggary
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 tsp ghee

Directions

Crush peanuts roughly

Grease a plate with ghee

Heat a pan add some ghee. add jaggary wait till it melts .

Spread peanuts on greased plate and pour melted jaggary on it.sprinkle some seasame seeds(optional)

Cut it into shape and let it cool down.

Store in air tight container
