  • 500gm raw papaya
  • 7 cup water
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 drops green colour


Firstly take raw papaya and pewl skin

Cut it into small cubes

Boil papaya cubes in 4 cups water for 5 min

Cook until papaya cubes turns into semi transparent

Drain off water and keep

Now in kadai take 2 cup sugar and 3 cup water

Further add semi cooked raw papaya cubes and stir

Boil for 20 min stirin in bwtween

Make sure to chwck for 1 string consistency od sugar and papaya turns soft

Turn off the flame and add 1 tsp vanilla extract

Add colour to papaya with syrup

Soak for few hours and drain off water

Let dry on kitchen towel and store in container
